Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

  • Resolution (replacement or support) will be at the sole discretion of AppleWorld

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or dispatched.

  • AppleWorld reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
