  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation or dispatch.

  • Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, or handling charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • AppleWorld is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • AppleWorld is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

SECTION 6 – NO RETURN / NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE

  • All products sold by AppleWorld are final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

  • Exception applies only in case of damaged or incorrect product, subject to:

    • Reporting within 24 hours of delivery

    • Mandatory unboxing video

    • Approval at AppleWorld’s sole discretion
